Licensing/ Ordering FAQ
Q: Who is Superlife suitable for?
Superlife planning program will help anyone who are seriously committed to life-long personal
development. You may also be going through a major transition in your life but are stressed and feeling out of
control. This includes young people trying to decide what career to follow, people in their thirties who want to
get serious about their future life, people going through a mid-life crisis, people who hate their job/ career/
relationships/ general life situation, people who are thinking about their retirement years.
And people who have lost their zest for life and know that their old life is over but have
the capacity and passion to contribute a lot more to making the world a better place and have decided to get on
with living their truth and not dying with massive regrets about what could have been.
Q: Can I buy the program if I live outside
Australia?
If you have a credit card you can pay for the Superlife program from anywhere in the
world.
Q: I have a desktop and a laptop - how many licenses do I need to
buy?
The Superlife software program is sold for use on a single machine, so you need to decide
which computer you are going to install it on. Please note that if you buy Superlife through your work, it is your
company (not you) that owns the license. If you move to another job, you would have to buy a license of your
own.
Q: What currency is the price quoted on your website for
Superlife?
All prices are in US dollars. For Australian customers, a GST of 10% will be added to the
price quoted. There is a 60 day money back guarantee with no conditions.
Q: How do I transfer my copy of Superlife to my new
PC?
Please email support@superlife.net.au with details of the purchase details (name and
date of purchase and email address) and we will sort it out from there.
Q: Do you offer multi-user licenses of Superlife?
Multiple-user licenses are exactly the same as if you had purchased multiple single-user
licenses individually, but have the additional benefit of volume discounts.
Superlife is a personal planning program and is not groupware or multi-user
capable.
Q: Is there a CD version or is it only available via electronic
download?
Superlife is only available via electronic download.
Q: Are upgrades free or do I have to pay for them?
Superlife minor and bug-fix updates are free to registered users of the same major release
version. For example, Superlife 1.x users are entitled to free updates to all 1.x releases.
Q: How long will it take me to produce my Superlife
plan?
It will take you 6 to 8 hours to do your first Superlife plan. Subsequent plans
will take you much less time to do.
Q: What Windows applications are suitable for
Superlife?
Windows 2000 SP4 (but you need to download and install Windows Installer 3 if you have not
already got this on your computer), Windows XP and Vista and Windows 2008.

Printing FAQ
Q: How can I print my Superlife Plans, or Personal Action
Plans?
The PRINT option under the FILE menu will allow you to print the plan document currently
active. You can also simply select the print button on the toolbar.
To print your action plans, click "Print This Action Plan" text at the top of the relevant
action plan template.
Q: How can I change the font size/ colour of the
printouts?
The FONT SIZE option in the main plan window just under the 'Insert Sample Text' option
allows you to change the font size and/ or colour.
Q: Can I export the Superlife plans to a word
processor?
Yes. The EXPORT option can be accessed in "Your Superlife Plan" section of the program. This
will allow you to save the file you are working on as a *.RTF file. This file can be imported into your word
processor. This option is not to be confused with the SAVE and SAVE AS option under the FILE menu which allows you
to save your documents in the Superlife program format.
Note: An *.RTF file can only be opened into your word processor if your word processor
accepts this format.
Data Backups FAQ
Q: How do I backup my data so I don't lose it?
It is important to back up your important data files regularly to avoid losing it in case of
a problem.
To safeguard your data in case of computer problems you need a comprehensive back-up strategy
including:
1) Backing up your data files and moving it off your computer hard
drive to a different media (disk, other hard drive, flash drive etc.). The test should be - if your hard drive
crashes, do you have a relatively recent copy of your data file in some other media?
2) Move important data to a different location - if your PC and
backup media are damaged in a house fire, flood or other disaster, do you have backups in some other
location?
